December 8, 2009 - The ladies had a great time at Codi's house with delicious food, a fun gift exchange, and games. Randi gave a poignant devotional reminding us to focus on God and not on the stressful events of this time of year, and Jane closed the night by leading us in Christmas carols.
November 6-7, 2009 Conference with Carol Kent @ Bethel Church, Crown Point Indiana - This conference allowed the ladies to Return to Joy. Carol Kent is a popular international public speaker and best selling author whose most recent books include 'A New Kind of Normal' and 'When I Lay My Isaac Down'. Carol shared the testimony of her own 'Return to Joy' after unimaginable circumstances threatened to undo their family. Lessons she learned through this journey of brokenness uniquely qualify her to share God's truths in a dynamic, encouraging, personal delivery.
